South Kentucky RECC will no longer be a Marathon Water Heater distributor. When the co-op first began selling the high-efficient water heater, it was because there were no dealers in our service territory, and we wanted to be able to provide our members with this option. There are now several dealers in our area.
Should you need assistance with your current Marathon Water Heater, please contact the Marathon Tech Support Line at (800) 321-6718, option 2.
When you talk with Tech Support you will need to ask for a reference number. This will guarantee whoever replaces your water heater will get reimbursed from Marathon.
Before calling, please have the following information for the tech: model number and serial number. Both can be found on the silver sticker on your Marathon water heater.
