South Kentucky RECC Adds Payment Kiosk

payment kioskSouth Kentucky RECC strives to provide professional and prompt service, and realizes members like to be able to conduct business at their convenience. In order to make it easier for members to pay their bills more conveniently, the co-op has kicked off a pilot project and installed a payment kiosk at the drive-thru at the Somerset headquarters facility.

The kiosk will be available 24/7/365 and accept all forms of payment, except for Discover Card or American Express. It also provides real-time posting to members' accounts, and receipts are given as documentation of payment.

Members must have their account number to use the kiosk - these are found on bills, or if a member is in the PrePay program, on the texts or emails they receive regarding their accounts.

The new kiosk is another way South Kentucky RECC is providing the best possible service for its members - making service accessible, on demand, and convenient.
